    Location :- Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, MH Compensation :- Initially 8-12 LPA 50% - 100% salary hike on delivering exceptional performance. Timings :- 9:00am - 5pm Perks Flexiblity to form your own team. Chance to be our next Chief Business Officer. Requirements :- Ability to utilize existing connections in the IT Industry. Atleast 5+ years of experience in IT Services and should understand Technology. Strong background in business strategy, with a focus on scaling operations, revenue generation, and P&L management. Should have generated Annual Recurring Revenue of atleast 5CR+ Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities :- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies that will enhance the growth and profitability of Unifiq Digital Services. Revenue Growth: Identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities by expanding client relationships, developing new business models, and exploring new market segments. Operations Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, optimizing processes and workflows for efficiency. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor department heads across marketing, sales, production, and creative teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Client & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Lead high-level negotiations and ensure that client expectations are consistently exceeded. Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities by networking with industry professionals, attending events, and engaging in strategic partnerships. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights for strategic growth. Innovation & Creativity: Encourage innovative thinking across the organization, ensuring the development of cutting-edge marketing solutions for the entertainment industry. Key Skills :- Go Getter, has a drive to win - gets results despite hurdles, rejection, is persuasive and have the drive to win over competition. Must have achieved / overachieved revenue targets consistently. Strong negotiation skills. Very strong interpersonal skills. High professional and personal integrity Can work independently and is self-driven.
