Job Title: Claims Associate - P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance Location: Bangalore Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA + Night Shift Allowance (7,500) Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs Transport: Two-Way Cab within 25 Km Radius (No Transport Allowance) Job Description: We are looking for a Claims Associate with a minimum of 12 months of experience in voice or semi-voice claims processing and adjudication. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) claims and will support global customers (excluding China and Japan). Key Responsibilities: Handle claims processing and adjudication for Property & Casualty insurance. Communicate with customers to resolve claims and provide updates. Ensure the claims are processed within the company's standards. Work on global claims, excluding China and Japan. Requirements: Minimum 12 months of voice or semi-voice claims experience. Knowledge of Property & Casualty claims. Graduates only. SHL Parameters: Svar (B2 61), Writex (B2 60).
