Job Description

Screen resumes and applications: Review applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews: Organize interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Evaluate candidates: Assess skills, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and other assessments.

Provide feedback to hiring managers: Share insights on candidate strengths and weaknesses.

Manage the candidate experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate salary and benefits: Work with candidates to reach mutually agreeable compensation packages.

Make job offers: Extend job offers to successful candidates.

Onboard new hires: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
