Job Description
- Skills: Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, Building Codes, Project Management, Civil Engineering Design, Site Planning, AutoCAD, The Draughtsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for our projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications. This role requires proficiency in CAD software, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of engineering or architectural principles. Key Responsibilities Create Detailed Drawings: Develop precise technical drawings and plans using CADsoftware based on project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with Engineers/Architects: Work closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into designs. Revise Drawings: Update and modify existing drawings as needed based on revisions and changes in project scope. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and company guidelines. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all drawings and related documents, ensuring they are organized and accessible. Quality Control: Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications before submission. Assist in Project Planning: Provide support in the planning and coordination of projects, including estimating material quantities and costs. Site Visits: Conduct site visits as needed to gather information and verify measurements. Qualifications Education: Diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Familiarity with other design software and tools (e.g., SketchUp, SolidWorks) is a plus. Understanding of engineering or architectural principles and practices. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve design issues efficiently. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Spoken Hindi is must.,
