Job Title: Deputy Nursing Manager || Location : Bangalore Department: Nursing Reports To: Nursing Manager / Director of Nursing Job Summary: The Deputy Nursing Manager assists in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and supporting nursing staff. This role involves supervising, mentoring, and training nursing staff, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards, and ensuring efficient patient care delivery. The Deputy Nursing Manager also serves as the nursing manager in their absence. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing ) Masters in Nursing or Healthcare Management is preferred. Experience: At least 15+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) with 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in managing nursing teams, patient care, and working in a hospital or healthcare setting. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, nursing standards, and accreditation requirements. Proficiency with healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
