We are looking for an experienced Product Trainer / Oracle ERP Trainer to lead customer training and enable them to effectively adopt the Opkey product for their ERP test automation projects. You will deliver engaging online training sessions and workshops, ensuring that learners understand the features, usage, and best practices of ERP systems. Requirements: ERP Implementation & ERP Training Experience: Must have hands-on experience in both ERP implementation and training. "Trainer-only" profiles will not be considered. Location Flexibility: Must be open to working from our office in Noida/Bangalore. Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions to global audiences on ERP systems. Content Creation: Assist in creating and updating engaging training content. Skills: 3+ years of experience in delivering ERP training (preferably Oracle EBS/Fusion, but any ERP experience is welcome). Functional Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, EBS, SAP, Salesforce, MSD, etc. Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in an easy-to-understand format. Experience in instructional design, especially using adult learning principles. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and educate learners. Test Automation Experience (a plus) Good to Have: Knowledge of learning theories and adult learning principles. Experience with manual or automated testing in ERP systems. Content development experience for online courses or training programs. Flexibility to work in different time zones. Note: Open to hire for Noida and Hyderabad location as well.,
