We're Hiring: Recruiter!
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs.
Location: Mahape, India
Work Mode: Flexible office & remote ( First 2 months work from Office )

What You'll Do:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Experience in hiring WFM profiles
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and networking.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our ATS.
Promote our employer brand through engaging content and outreach activities.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
