Role Description This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Executive (B2B Field Sales) role located in Mumbai at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to customer satisfaction, customer support, and customer service management for B2B sales interactions. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service Management Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills Experience in B2B Field Sales Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,
