Comprehensive knowledge and application of food safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Experience in inventory management, maintaining stock levels, and reducing waste while optimizing kitchen resources. Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise and motivate kitchen staff for optimal performance. Advanced culinary techniques specifically for Continental cuisine, demonstrating creativity and precision. Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation to ensure efficiency and safety in food preparation. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Quality control (Mandatory skill) to maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation consistently. Roles And Responsibilities Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and implement seasonal menus and daily specials. Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation and service.
