Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Service Specialist located in Chandigarh. The Sales And Service Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including customer service, communication with clients, managing sales activities, and providing product training. The role also involves maintaining sales records, meeting sales targets, and offering exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Sales Management Experience in handling lab equipment such as pH meters, spectrophotometers, ultrasonic cleaners, visocometers Ability to deliver effective Training to clients and team members Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Ability to work well in a team and under pressure Bachelor's degree in Science/Business, Marketing, or related field Prior experience in the scientific equipment industry is a plus,
