- Organization: The Organisation Harleys Fine Baking, is a European style patisserie (premium cake selling company) created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market, established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year. Designation: Accounting / Finance Manager (Capex, Asset Management) Qualification: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ICWA preferred). MBA in Finance is a plus. Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Capex budgeting, asset management, and financial reporting in the retail, F&B, or hospitality industry. Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Work Location: Nanakramguda,Hyderabad (Telangana) Salary: INR 6 to 9 LPA (Negotiable) Job Role: The Accounting/Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing capital expenditure (Capex) planning, asset management, and financial operations. This role ensures the company maximizes ROI on Capex investments while maintaining accurate asset tracking and compliance. Responsibilities: 1. Plan, budget, and monitor Capex projects across the organization. 2. Evaluate Capex proposals, ensure ROI alignment, and manage financial approval workflows. 3. Analyse deviations and recommend corrective actions. 4. Maintain an up-to-date asset register, ensuring proper documentation and tagging of assets. 5. Conduct regular physical asset verifications and reconciliations. 6. Monitor asset lifecycle, including procurement, depreciation, transfer, and disposal. 7. Prepare and present Capex and asset management reports to the management team. 8. Develop dashboards and key metrics for financial performance and utilization analysis. 9. Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, and accounting standards. 10. Collaborate with internal and external auditors for asset and Capex-related audits. 11. Implement best practices for Capex and asset management processes. 12. Automate asset tracking and financial reporting for better accuracy and efficiency. 13. Liaise with procurement, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of Capex plans with organizational goals. 14. Collaborate with vendors for asset purchases and related negotiations. Required Skills: 1. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems). 2. Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and asset accounting. 3. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis. 4. Advanced skills in MS Excel and other data visualization tools. Desired Skills: 1. Familiarity with Capex and asset management processes in the F&B or retail sector. 2. Experience in implementing asset management software. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
