- Tax Planning and Compliance: Oversee and manage tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Audit Management: Lead and execute audits, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff and auditors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Client Interaction: Manage relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing expert advice on tax and audit matters.
- Reporting: Prepare and review detailed tax and audit reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks related to tax and audit functions and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance audit and tax processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay current with changes in tax laws and auditing standards, ensuring the firms practices remain compliant.
