Join us on our journey to create a more inclusive and supportive world for all. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the healthcare sector. Develop and implement growth strategies and business development plans. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners. Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote the company. Develop and manage a pipeline of potential business opportunities. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities and progress. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Manage budgets and resources for business development projects. Visit schools (special needs schools, inclusive schools, and regular schools), therapy centers, and other B2B organizations to establish and expand partnerships. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of healthcare services, particularly in the special needs sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Willingness to travel for business meetings and industry events.
