    Job Title: Exclusive Biryani Chef Location: Koregaon Park, Pune Company: Local Gastro Bar Are you a Biryani Expert who is passionate about crafting the perfect blend of flavors and aromas We are looking for an experienced Biryani Chef who specializes in authentic and innovative biryani recipes. If you have mastered traditional cooking techniques and can bring creativity to the table, we want you to join our team! Key Responsibilities Biryani Mastery: Prepare a variety of high-quality, authentic biryanis (Hyderabadi, Lucknowi, Kolkata-style, etc.), ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. Ingredient Selection: Source and use premium-quality spices, meats, and rice to enhance the authenticity of the dish. Recipe Development: Innovate and experiment with new biryani recipes while maintaining traditional flavors. Kitchen Management: Oversee the kitchens biryani section, ensuring smooth operations, hygiene, and safety standards. Quality Control: Monitor taste, portioning, and plating to meet restaurant standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and coordination. Stock Management: Maintain inventory of essential ingredients, ensuring no wastage and optimal use of resources. Customer Satisfaction: Continuously improve based on customer feedback and maintain the restaurants reputation for exceptional biryani. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a dedicated Biryani Chef in a reputed restaurant or hotel. Expertise: Deep knowledge of regional biryani styles, spice blends, and cooking techniques. Culinary Skills: Strong understanding of traditional dum cooking methods and layering techniques. Hygiene & Safety: Familiarity with kitchen safety and hygiene protocols. Creativity: Ability to introduce signature biryanis and fusion variations. Time Management: Ability to handle high-volume orders efficiently without compromising quality. Communication: Basic proficiency in Hindi or English to coordinate with the team. Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons as per business demands.
