Job Description

Skills Required: Must hold a valid H-Card. Experience of customs clearance at IGI Airport (Mandatory) Knowledge of Custom Clearance of SEZ Shipments is mandatory In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, tariff schedules, and trade laws. Well-versed with import-export documentation, Incoterms, and procedures. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance or a related field. Professional Communication skills and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. KRAs Responsible for handling & clearance of imports & exports shipments (Sea/Air) independently. Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and laws; facilitate the clearance of goods through customs by liaising with customs officials. Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant customs laws and regulations, including tariff classifications, duty rates, and import/export restrictions. Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the customs clearance process, including delays, inspections, and discrepancies. Generate reports on customs clearance activities and provide insights to improve the process. Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations and ensure continuous learning and training.
