Job Description
- Understanding of Customer strategies and business requirement Create Architectural technologies and business roadmap that result in strong business / IT alignment and drive adoption, usages of technology across the enterprise Collaborate with key other infra domain, presales and customer architect Have strong delivery & solution architecture view, assess business needs capacity management, and establish the technical framework Deep understanding on various aspect of technologies Virtualization VCF Coverage & Software define infrastructure Data Center migration Compute, Storage & backup Data Center Build & implementation Network (LAN & WAN) and Security Service Integration & management tools Disaster recovery and BCP Excellent ability to handle Customer & IT Vendors Excellent verbal & written communication skills to effectively present findings and reports at local and senior business management level. At least 7+ years of experience in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM Business Process Consulting, implementation in ServiceNow, Architecture/Design / end to end platform roll out Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow- CMDB, ServiceMap, ITAM Should have built CDM or CSDM models for different customer base Have done multiple API based, Plugin based, Orchestration based integrations between ServiceNow and other COTS products. Have hands-on experience on ServiceNow Orchestration and implemented Cloud lifecycle management and provisioning in public and private clouds, hybrid clouds At least 6 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution Lead ServiceNow implementations in a domain separated environment and multi-vendor environment Manages development efforts pertaining to modules of the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, including support for newly developed modules / products Participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases Contributes to the strategic development of new platform customizations, as needed, based on customer needs Participates in the collection and implementation of tool requirements and investigates as necessary to determine the best solution or configuration options available based on the specific requirement Certification ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Admin Certified, ServiceNow Implementation specialist in ITSM or ITOM or ITBM is must,
