Job Description
- Job Title: Accounting & Tax Associate (Full-Time, Onsite) Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat About Us: We are a leading BKCProHub, committed to delivering exceptional accounting and compliance services. We are currently seeking a talented and driven Accounting and Compliance Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite role, offering an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge and experience in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and reconciliation of accounts. Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and audit documentation. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Assist in the preparation of management reports, budgeting, and forecasting. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities, for timely submissions. Ensure timely and accurate filing of various tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax etc.). Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation within the accounting department. Experience and Skills Required: Qualification: Inter CA or equivalent with completed Articleship (3 years). Experience: Minimum of 12 years post-Articleship experience in tax, accounting, auditing, or financial reporting (optional but preferred). Skills: Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or any ERP system). Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations. Personal Attributes: A proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
