Job Description
- LOCATION Hyderabad DEPARTMENT Architecture - Samyog EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time APPLICATIONS RECEIVED 3 Samyog Design Studio LLP specialized in design consultancy services for architecture, interior design, structural engineering, design management, and project management. Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership: Take a leadership role in managing and overseeing the architectural aspects of assigned projects. Ensure successful project delivery within established schedules with timelines, budgets, material proposals and quality standards. 2. Design Development: Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine project design concepts. Contribute to the creation of innovative and functional architectural solutions that meet client requirements. 3. Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors during the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively to understand and address client needs, concerns, and expectations. 4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and contractors. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and effective teamwork. 5. Construction Documentation: Lead the development and review of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation. Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and standards. 6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements. Ensure that project designs comply with all applicable codes and standards. 7. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews to ensure that the design intent is maintained throughout the construction process. Address any design-related issues that may arise during construction. 8. Project Management: Coordinate and manage project tasks, schedules, and resources effectively. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and potential challenges. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 2. 7-8 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on e.g., commercial, residential, institutional. 3. Proficiency in design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, project management tools, etc.) 4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 5. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects from concept to completion. 6. COA Registered in preferred. 7. Familiarity with green practices is a plus.
