Job Description: Brassa, an upscale multicuisine restaurant in Bengaluru, is looking for a skilled and passionate Outlet Chef to lead its kitchen operations. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing core kitchen operations, with expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, menu engineering, and driving revenue growth. A hands-on approach and a strong leadership presence in the kitchen are essential. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food quality and presentation.
