Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef at Zinque. The role involves assisting the Head Pastry Chef in the day-to-day production of entremet, finishing of the entremet, assisting in the making of all chocolates etc. The Assistant Pastry Chef will also be responsible for accepting online orders and ensuring that all baked goods meet quality and safety standards and taking online orders. preparing, decorating pastries accordingly.
