Company Description The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru Hotel Conventions Residences is a part of the Bhartiya City, spread over 125 acres of lush surroundings. The hotel offers a mix of luxury residences, a grand convention center, exclusive dining options, retail spaces, entertainment, office and commercial spaces. Situated just a 30-minute drive from Kempegowda airport, the hotel provides a tranquil environment with self-sufficient resources, making it a preferred destination in North Bengaluru. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Supervisor based in Bengaluru. The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks related to reservations, ensuring efficient communication with guests, providing excellent customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and conducting training for the team. Qualifications Reservations and Customer Service skills Strong Communication abilities Focus on Customer Satisfaction Experience in Training or Team Leadership Excellent interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Prior experience in hospitality industry Practical knowledge of Opera Software Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field,
