    Qualification: HSC/Graduation
    Experience: Fresher/Experienced
    Assessments: Voice Versant
    Salary: 26,600 - 34,000 (In-Hand) | 3.40 LPA - 4.50 LPA (CTC)
    Shifts: Female - Day Shift
    Working Days: 6 Days | 1 Rotational Week Off Job Description:
    Handle customer queries, ensure smooth service experience, and resolve concerns efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email
    • Maintain records and update databases
    • Provide timely resolutions and escalate as needed
    • Coordinate with internal teams for support
    Required Skills:
    • Excellent English communication
    • Strong customer-handling skills
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
