Job Description

Role & responsibilities: :

1. Visa Process Knowledge:
   Have 1-2 years of experience and thorough knowledge of UK, USA, Canada, and Schengen short-term tourist and business visa processes.
2. Visa Application Handling:
   Manage visa applications, ensuring all documents are accurate and in line with the requirements of the respective countries.
3. Document Verification:
   Verify and review client documents to ensure compliance with visa standards.
4. Client Coordination:
   Communicate with clients to provide updates, request additional information, and ensure timely submission of applications.
5. Attention to Detail:
   Ensure all details in visa applications are correct, preventing errors that could delay the process.
6. Effective Communication:
   Maintain clear and professional communication with both clients and internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 1-2 years of thorough knowledge of UK, USA, Canada, and Schengen short-term tourist and business visa processes.

• Experience in visa application procedures, document verification, and client coordination.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
