Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Trade Finance! Enterprise 360 is Genpacts biggest ops transformation platform which drives radical transparency and insights to drive outcomes by enabling its users access data points in real-time, connecting them behind the scenes, and then adapting their operations at speed and with precision. Enterprise 360 is a multi-dimensional, multi-faceted transformation program that will unlock tremendous value by targeting 3 key business outcomes (1) revenue acceleration (2) cost reduction and (3) insights to drive business outcomes. Analyst role here is a combination of excellent Solutioning mindset combining business requirements and tech feasibility, innovative thinking, and excellent documentation, workshop facilitation, and collaboration skills. Individual in this role is expected to discover, understand requirements from the business /functional perspective and work with the technical team to bring the solutions to life. The right candidate should have prior experience in facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, & the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to execute the solution. The nature of business requirements in this role will focus on the horizontal capabilities that cut across 5 modules shown above for modules to leverage, driving excellent user experience. Responsibilities 1. Lead the Trade Finance product (supply Chain / Doc Trade / Trade Reporting) and perform detailed technical analysis to bridge the front-end channel with the Trade back end 2. End to end working knowledge in Transaction Banking / Channels areas, Banking Operations and Processes, Industry Practices for Trade finance services (Supply Chain/Doc Trade) 3. Analyze new requirements, collaborate with the solution leads on solution design, developing and grooming stories and reviewing test cases 4. Define integrations with up and downstream systems, ensuring Data Quality standards, supporting dev teams with Architecture approvals 5. Build user stories, refine backlogs 6. Excellent understanding of the agile development methodologies and must have experience in either JIRA/ADO 7. Define and clarify developer queries, review test cases and support the development team in testing and implementation 8. Review unit test code with 100% code coverage 9. Continued product enhancements necessary to ensure the related Trade product remains competitive 10. Experience in implementation of industry standards like S4C, EDIFACT, ANSI X12 will be an added advantage 11. Good understanding of message standards like XML, JSON etc., Experience in API integration 12. SQL knowledge to query data base and familiarity with oracle DB concepts Qualifications we seek in you!
