We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in healthcare metrics. The ideal candidate will develop a deep expertise in all scorecard metrics and take ownership of delivering accurate, timely metrics on a monthly cycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Data Delivery: Own the data delivery calendar, understand the caveats of every data set, and ensure timely delivery.
- Process Management: Stay on top of changes, logic, certification processes, delivery processes, prioritization, and removing blocks for the development team.
- Data Quality: Responsible for validation and ensuring data quality.
- Stakeholder Communication: Confidently work and communicate with stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Product Ownership: Exhibit an extreme sense of product ownership and a proactive approach to communication and delivery.
- Process Development: Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Understand QA principles and manage a QA analyst.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Healthcare Experience: Must have experience working with a wide variety of healthcare metrics across domains.
- Communication Skills: Ability to work and speak confidently with stakeholders.
- Proactive Approach: Very proactive in communication and delivery.
- Process Development: Ability to develop and refine processes.
- QA Management: Understands QA principles and can manage a QA analyst
Location: Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore
Experience: 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
Notice Period: 60 days max
Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis, Metrics & Data Quality
