Billing reconciliation&variance fixes
Followups(overdue payments)
Process bills/collections,refunds,KYC
Stay updated(products/services prices)
Query resolution(TAT)

Required Candidate profile

Analytical&problem-solving skills
Attention to detail&accuracy
Proficiency in billing software&spreadsheets
Good communication&interpersonal skills
Ability to utilize internal billing tools&software
