Job Description

Hi, Exp: 3-6 Years NP: Immediate 4+ years of relevant experience as Change Analyst; well versed with ITIL aligned Change Management process. Excellent oral and written communication skill. Should have experience in handling IT Infra/Application OnPrem or Cloud based change processes. Proficient in managing CAB/GNG meetings to discuss release scope, criteria, roadblocks, discuss the same with all stakeholders and making decisions Knowledge of how impact assessment and risk analysis of any proposed change requests are carried out in any IT setup. Work Location EON, Pune Shift Timings Flexible 24 hour process (Yes/No) Yes for Supporting High Priority Incidents / Changes.
