Customer Service Executive Chat Process / Non-Voice Process
Process: Banking Process
Location:

Interview: 4th Floor Raheja Mindspace, Conneqt Business Solution, Secunderabad Pocharam, Anojiguda - 500088

Training (3 Months): 1-8-371, Gowra Trinity, S. P. Road, Patigadda, Begumpet, Hyderabad 500016

Joining: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad
Experience: 1+ Year (Email/Chat Support) | Education: Graduate

Job Role:

Handle customer queries via chat/email in a banking process
Perform semi-voice support when required (outbound calls)
Troubleshoot, resolve or escalate issues while maintaining SLAs
Ensure clear communication, professionalism & customer satisfaction

Requirements:

1+ Year experience in Chat & Email Support
Basic knowledge of semi-voice support
Good communication in English & Hindi
Typing Speed: 36 WPM with 95% Accuracy
Versant Score: 65 or equivalent (Svar)
Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills

Additional Details:

Work Week: 6 Days (Rotational Off)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (7 Days Accepted)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Shift Options & Cab Details:

1st Shift (8 AM 5 PM): Only for nearby candidates
2nd Shift (9 AM 6 PM): (Female candidates only)
3rd Shift (11 AM 8 PM): (Male candidates only)
Travel Allowance/Cab Facilities: No Cab Facilities
