Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Preparation of DBR for all electrical activities for Commercial IT Building Project.
Preparing BOQ and estimates.
Certification of bills.
Evaluating the design prepared by the consultants.
Value engineering to bring down the cost/time and value for money for all expense pertaining to electrical works.
Experience for handling the projects involving transformers, sub stations, panels, DG set, synchronization, BMS, panels, UPS, etc.
Conducting site review and co-ordination meetings pertaining to electrical works.
Rate analysis for various electrical works pertaining to mall related projects.
Experience in handling project of HT/LT including designing the same.
Design, BOQ & Estimate for safety and security equipments including but not limited to CCTV, Access control, Fire Alarm, etc.
Work methodologies for various projects.
Experience of making cash flows, tracking budgets, cost estimates, etc.
Energy audit and methods to bring down the running cost for various MEP equipments.

Key Skills:

Expertise in installation and maintenance of electrical, electronic and HVAC systems.
Should be conversant with screw compressor chillers, heat pumps, energy recovery pipes, heat wheels, plate recuperates, ventilation fans, heat exchangers, thermal storage / customized absorption systems.
Excellent administration & execution skills.
