Job Description
-
Ensure timely delivery of diesel, fast tag amount, and cash (if required) to the pilot.

Obtain the soft copy of the Proof of Delivery (POD) from the pilot once unloading is complete.

After the vehicle unloads, ensure the POD copy is collected by the branch or sent via courier to the Head Office (HO) if outstation.

Ensure the data logger report, collected by the branch or outstation, is sent to the HO.

Close the trip settlement in the ERP system.

Monitor vehicle movement and maintain the required temperature from pick-up to delivery.

Post-delivery, the Operations person should email the CS, Sales, and Core team with the POD copy, data logger or Elixia report, delivery time, etc.

Must have strong communication and IT skills.

Coordinate with drivers, operations staff, and transportation contractors effectively.

Proficiency in IT tools for creating and sending reports to clients.

Oversee vehicle loading and unloading processes.

Communicate regularly with the pilot.
