Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a strong understanding of data management tools. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our database systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data from various sources (e.g., forms, documents, spreadsheets) into the company's database or management systems.
  • Maintain, update, and manage large datasets, ensuring information is correct and up-to-date.
  • Review data for discrepancies or errors and take appropriate action to correct them.
  • Verify data and ensure that it meets the required standards of accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed.
  • Perform routine data quality checks and ensure compliance with company data entry procedures.
  • Organize and file physical or electronic documents as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in data entry, administrative roles, or similar positions.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or relevant fields will be a plus. (Graduation -Required)
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL, CRM systems) is an advantage.
    • Typing speed of [X] WPM with high accuracy.
    • Basic knowledge of data entry software/tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision when entering data.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to organize and maintain records.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in data entry or office administration.
  • Knowledge of any data entry software or tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy and security guidelines.
  • Hindi speaking mandatory

  • Full-time position with typical office hours.
