CRM Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven CRM professional to manage and optimize our Client Relationship Management systems and strategies. The role focuses on improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value by leveraging customer data, automation, and targeted communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client data
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Segment customer databases and create targeted campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels
- Analyze customer data and behavior to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align CRM initiatives
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer trends, and KPIs
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and CRM best practices
- Train internal teams on CRM tools and processes
- Identify opportunities for CRM automation and system enhancements
