Role & responsibilities

we are hiring for international non voice process.

Role: Backoffice
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
Skillset Required:

Strong communication skills, Prior Backoffice experience

Qualification:

HSC / Graduate, Minimum 6 months experience in a Backoffice role

Preferred candidate profile

Job Details

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Work Shift:

24/7 rotational shifts
Primarily US Shift (majorly night shifts)

4. Additional Notes

Candidate must be comfortable with night shifts.
Strong communication and Backoffice exposure are key selection parameters.
