Job Description

Experience : Fresher

Location : Magarpatta, Pune

Shift Timings : 6.30PM to 3.30 AM (Cab facility available pickup/Drop)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Processing tasks assigned as per defined process SLA and providing solutions within the timelines.
Meeting individual KRAs through productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, and schedule adherence.
Understanding client requirement and resolving queries through emails.
Adhering to companys compliances and policies.
Completely work from office
