Job Description
Looking for Associates for Backoffice process: US HR Operation
FRESHERS can apply
- Evening Shift only (Both Side Cab will be provided)
- Sat/Sun fixed off
- Age criteria: 20 years to 27 years are allowed
Walk in drive- 21st April'26 , Time: 10AM to 12.30PM
Location: 3rd floor, building no 3, Gigaplex, Airoli west, near patni ground, Opp Capgemini campus.
Mandatory to carry original hard copy Aadhar or Pan card for entry in building premises.
Process: Associate (Process: US HR operations)
Work Experience:0-36 months Summary
- Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via emails or service tickets in a courteous manner.
- Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue.
- Identify and learn appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.
- Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
- Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries.
- Resolve client queries as per the SLAs defined in the contract.
- Maintain logs and records of all customer queries as per the standard procedures and guidelines.
Relevant Experience: Fresher or any Backoffice experience Working Conditions:
- Fixed evening shift (5 days working from office).
- Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off.
- One year service agreement mandatory.
Education Skills Any graduate, post graduate ( except technical)
Note : Looking for immediate joiners or who can join within 10-15 days
