Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support business growth.
• Brand Management: Lead initiatives to enhance brand identity and positioning across all channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy to drive engagement and conversion.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure maximum reach and ROI.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, using insights to inform marketing decisions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented, and provide regular reports on ROI and campaign performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing activities with organizational goals.
