Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and experienced recruiters to join our team for an international campaign. If you have a passion for high-volume recruitment and are ready to take on the challenge of sourcing and onboarding large groups of candidates, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting high-volume sourcing and screening using various channels such as job portals, social media, job fairs, and walk-in drives.
- Performing initial screenings through telephonic or video interviews.
- Organizing and executing large-scale recruitment events.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand bulk hiring requirements.
- Facilitating pre-employment checks and ensuring timely preparation of offer letters.
- Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Key skills and knowledge:
Two years of relevant experience in BPO
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines of deliverables
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment
Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
