Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance of assigned branches to achieve targets set by the organization.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for business growth, including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients.
- Provide guidance and support to branch teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in housing finance or related field (NBFC).
- Strong understanding of home loans, housing loan products, and mortgage industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team management and client engagement.
- Ability to analyze data to drive informed decision-making and optimize sales performance.
