qualification : 12Th & above

Job Description (Short Form):

Achieve monthly sales targets.
Assist customers in selecting and dispensing the right optical products.
Ensure timely order delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain stock, assets, and counter operations.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Build good relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and management.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and maintain counter presentation.
Meet goals assigned by reporting manager.

Requirements:

Experience in optical industry.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Product knowledge (frames, lenses, manufacturer catalogs).
Quick learner with customer-focused approach.
