Job Summary:
We are hiring Key Account Manager to drive strategic placement, availability, and visibility of Bisleri Water in premium hospitality segments, including fine-dining restaurants, luxury hotels, and high-end food service chains across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Client Acquisition
- Identify and onboard premium hotels, fine-dining restaurants, lounges, bars, and institutional clients within the assigned territory.
- Lead market mapping and penetration plans targeting upscale establishments.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with key decision-makers such as F&B heads, executive chefs, general managers, and purchase heads.
- Conduct regular reviews to assess account satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
3. Business Development & Account Expansion
- Ensure repeat orders, increase volume per account, and upsell within the existing portfolio.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying additional consumption opportunities at client locations.
4. Brand Placement & Visibility
- Ensure premium brand visibility of Vedica at strategic consumption points including dining tables, bar counters, menus, and service touchpoints.
- Align branding efforts with the luxury positioning of the product.
5. Operational Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate with internal supply chain, distribution partners, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
- Address fulfilment challenges proactively to maintain customer satisfaction.
6. Commercial Agreements & Negotiation
- Lead commercial discussions and finalize rate contracts, terms of trade, and service-level agreements with clients.
- Ensure alignment with pricing strategies and profitability standards.
7. Sales Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
- Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly sales plans aligned with territory goals.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and prepare timely reports for senior management.
8. Competitive Intelligence & Market Trends
- Monitor competitor activity, product placements, promotional strategies, and pricing trends in the premium water segment.
- Share insights and recommend tactical adjustments to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 1 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the premium beverages, luxury FMCG, hospitality, or FMCG sector
- Languages: English & Hindi
Professional Experience
- Prior experience in the alcoholic beverages, premium bottled water, or non-alcoholic beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Strong exposure to working with luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, bars, and lounges will be considered an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts, negotiate contracts, and grow market presence in the premium beverage segment.
