Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for outbound cold calling to potential B2B customers to introduce and sell MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) products such as industrial tools, safety equipment, electrical items, and maintenance supplies. The role requires identifying customer needs, generating interest, and converting prospects into business customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- Make outbound cold calls to potential business customers from assigned databases.
- Introduce company products and generate interest in MRO product categories.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.2. New Customer Acquisition
- Convert cold prospects into active customers.
- Build a pipeline of potential buyers from different industries.
- Focus on first-time orders from new customers.3. Product Pitch & Sales
- Present relevant product solutions based on customer industry needs.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate pricing where applicable.
- Close sales or schedule follow-up calls for order conversion.Sales Skills

Qualification
- Graduate or undergraduate

Experience

- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation preferred
