Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding queries, issues, and requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department.
• Assist customers in navigating our products or services, providing step-by-step guidance where needed.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by meeting or exceeding established service standards.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to meet customer needs and improve overall service quality.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with quality and performance standards.
