Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for IT roles across various technologies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate placement.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates skills, and provide recommendations.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills required.
Prior experience in recruiting for software development, network engineering, or cybersecurity roles preferred.
