As a member of the GAM team, you will contribute to the GAM operations; reporting activities, and process improvements, with a focus to increase efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction You will also assist in the other initiatives as identified during the preparation & implementation of GAM program changes in the future
Your key activities will include:
Applying the monthly GAM splits on the order and revenue bookings as per 1300+ global agreements
Perform variance analysis reviewing actual vs budgets and incorporate control measures to mitigate variances
Preparation of the order and revenue pre-GAM reports and calculation GAM transfers to evaluate the performance of the account, sales manager, country, customer, and other identified criteria
Assist in preparing the budget for OB entities, other BUs s, subsidiaries, mid-year budget updates, and other finance reports
Ensure all GAM agreements, transfers, and stakeholder queries are timely and accurately processed Follow-ups on the open cases to close & subsequent implementation in the upcoming period
Provide explanation on transfers applied, analyze trends & identify opportunities to automatize processes
Coordinate with the regional Finance and Operations teams to ensure timely completion of program activity in a fixed timeline
Suggest areas of process improvement Actively participate in automation, designing new systems, reviewing, repairing, maintaining, and testing to improve business process operations
