Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions across various industries, including IT and non-IT domains.
Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top candidates from competitors and industry leaders.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the required standards.
