Experience: 1+ year

• Hands-on knowledge of Testing and SQL-DB.
• Proficiency in application monitoring and techniques.
• Excellent in providing first-level support for applications, resolving issues and addressing user queries promptly.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively coordinate projects and tasks.
• Ability to monitor, track, and resolve application-related issues.
