Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.
Analyze data to track performance metrics and make informed decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in BFSI sector or related field (sales, marketing).
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E., MBA/PGDM).
Strong understanding of financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, etc.
Excellent convincing power, presentation skills, and negotiation abilities.
