Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.
  • Analyze data to track performance metrics and make informed decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in BFSI sector or related field (sales, marketing).
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E., MBA/PGDM).
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, etc.
  • Excellent convincing power, presentation skills, and negotiation abilities.
