Job Description

    Who are we Fulcrum Digital is an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company providing digital transformation and technology services right from ideation to implementation. These services have applicability across a variety of industries, including banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing. Should have strong knowledge of the Salesforce Platform and including Sales and Service Cloud. Should have experience in resolving user-reported issues or errors. Should have experience in administering and supporting installed App Exchange applications. Should assist in training new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization. Troubleshoot and resolve issues. Analyze and resolve data discrepancies, configuration errors, and workflow issues. Modify and update Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts. Manage process automation tools (e.g., Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Approval Processes). Adjust user permissions and profiles as needed. Create or modify existing Salesforce reports with basic development skills. Handle integration issues with external systems. Monitor and troubleshoot API calls and data flows. Provide support to end users on tickets raised. Support L1 team with knowledge sharing for common issues Ensure the health of Salesforce environments by monitoring workflows, and system updates. Address issues related to scheduled maintenance, sandbox refreshes, and release updates. Participate in Compliance Audits Requirements Self-motivation and a can-do attitude Graduate degree in technical disciplines Solid communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with the customer Candidate needs to have experience of Enterprise Sales cloud and Service cloud as a System Administrator Basic Development experience is expected Sound ability to analyze business needs, and should be able to categorize if this is an enhancement or support task Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce cloud & Service (3+ years of experience) Good knowledge of integration methodologies between SFDC and SFMC Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and the main Javascript frameworks (JQuery, Bootstrap, Vue JS, AngularJS, ReactJS, etc.) Knowledge of the Salesforce platform is considered an advantage.
