Roles and Responsibilities

Manage intermediary operations payouts for home loans, ensuring timely and accurate payments to partners.
Handle queries from intermediaries through phone calls, emails, or chats, providing prompt resolutions.
Prepare MIS reports using Excel to track sales performance and identify trends.
Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate key insights and results to stakeholders.
Utilize MS Office tools (Word) to draft letters and documents as needed.
