Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager located in Meerut. The Cluster Manager will oversee daily cluster operations, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and building relationships with clients. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments, ensuring operational efficiency, and conducting regular performance reviews. Qualifications Experience in team management, performance monitoring, and operational oversight Strong sales strategy development, market trend analysis, and client relationship-building skills Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and operational efficiency Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus Previous experience in the financial or asset management industry is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field,
